Vincent Norrman

26-Year-Old Golfer
2024 Fantasy Outlook
The 25-year-old Swede was a relative unknown heading into last season but established himself as a potential budding star after winning the alternate event Barbasol Championship and the Horizon Irish Open against a strong field on the DP World Tour in September. The ceiling appears high due to his length (ninth in driving distance), leading to plenty of low scores as he was 32nd in birdie or better percentage. If he can make some minor improvements with his short game, Norrman could enter the top-50 in the OWGR sooner rather than later. Read Past Outlooks
Finishes last in Maui
January 8, 2024
Norrman shot a four-under 69 on Sunday at The Sentry to finish six-under and in 59th place.
ANALYSIS
Norrman was finally able to crack the 70 mark on the final day of the tournament. He was four-under after nine holes, but followed it up with two bogeys and a birdie before hitting a birdie on the last hole of the day to finish six-under. Norrman managed to finish seventh in the field with a 295.9 driving distance average. He'll look to rebound this week at the Sony Open in Hawaii.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Norrman earned second-team All-American honors in his final year with NCAA eligibility at Florida State during the 2020-21 season. The 24-year-old Swede then finished 23rd on the 2022 Korn Ferry Tour's regular season points list in his first full season as a professional, quickly earning a PGA Tour card for 2022-23. His 2022 KFT campaign was highlighted by a runner-up effort at the REX Hospital Open in early June, though Norrman also ranked second in GIR percentage as he paced the KFT in ball striking. Norrman could rapidly gain fantasy relevance if he's able to make improvements with the flat stick.
