Drops second career fight
StrawweightUFC
September 10, 2022
Wolf lost to Norma Dumont via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 26-30) at UFC 279 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
A former professional boxer, Wolf is attempting to transition to the world of mixed martial arts. This was just her second career fight, with her first -- a unanimous decision win over Taneisha Tennant -- coming on Dana White's Contender Series about a year ago. Wolf remained fairly competitive when the two women were standing and trading at distance, but the moment Dumont pushed forward and implemented her grappling game, this fight was over. Wolf turned 39 years of age a few days before this event took place. So, not only is she attempting to learn a new craft, she's doing so well past her athletic prime. It's a nice story, but the odds are against Wolf lasting more than a couple fights with the company.

Wolf is out of her fight against Felicia Spencer at the UFC event on May 22, David Van Auken of Fight Bananas reports.
ANALYSIS
It's unclear why Wolf had to withdraw, but Norma Dumont will be taking her place. Wolf was a former professional boxer who received a UFC contract back in September after winning her bout in Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series.
Set for UFC debut

February 22, 2021
Wolf will fight Felicia Spencer in a 145-pound bout in May, Cole Shelton of BJPenn.com reports.
ANALYSIS
A former boxer, Wolf made the transition to MMA after defeating Taneisha Tennant via unanimous decision at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series back in September, earning a UFC contract as a result. Wolf draws a touch opponent for her first UFC bout, as Spencer is 8-2-0 as an MMA fighter.
Former pro boxer gets contract
StrawweightUFC
September 15, 2020
Wolf defeated Taneisha Tennant via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. After the show, she was one of three fighters to receive an official UFC contract.
ANALYSIS
Wolf is incredibly green in terms of MMA experience, but she's a decorated boxer with a 29-14 pro record that was once an Olympic hopeful. While she made a solid effort at a guillotine choke in the later stages of the fight, Wolf still has plenty of work to do when it comes to wrestling and jiu-jitsu exchanges. This type of fighter would typically be best suited for a developmental deal, but at 37 years old, Wolf is far from prospect status. She'll ultimately get the contract due to featherweight being one of the shallowest UFC divisions, and will have to lean on her stand-up heavily if she intends to string together wins.
